Vesna Browne is the managing partner of Browne advokati. Vesna is a Belgrade-based lawyer with over 10 years of experience. Her career has seen her benefit from working in both a boutique law firm setting, which enabled her to practice in various legal disciplines, to some of the biggest law firms in the region, which enabled her to work on some of the most complex business transactions for many world renowned corporations. Perhaps the most compelling aspect of this fusion of experience is the multidisciplinary approach which she has integrated into and fosters at Browne advokati. Therefore, her professional background positions her well to provide solutions to the most complex legal issues with broader implications which require a multi-layered and multidisciplinary approach.

She has a wealth of experience in various areas of law, but focuses on corporate/M&A issues, commercial law and representing clients in both civil law and criminal law matters, as well as constitutional litigation.

She graduated with an LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade and followed this up with an LL.M in International Human Rights Law from the National University of Ireland, Galway.

Besides Serbian, she speaks English and Russian.
